Booking Process

1.1  You understand that you need to contact the farm stay providers directly to book your farm stay experience with them. We provide the online directory of farm stay options but do not actually provide any farm stay services.

1.2  Please be aware that none of the farm stay providers or their staff will ask for your member password, either by email or phone.

1.3  We do not handle credit card transactions and you must process this through a separate banking institution provider.

1.4  Please be courteous and polite in your interactions with the farm stay providers as these are working farms and have other daily responsibilities.

1.5  All accommodation must be paid for in full directly to the farm stay provider. We do not accept bookings on behalf of any of the farm stay providers.

1.6  By booking your farm stay accommodation and experiences, you agree to the farm stay provider’s rules of conduct.
